Verdi’s Requiem is a monumental work for the human voice. Austin Opera’s premiere of Verdi’s Requiem will mark the 150th Anniversary of the work’s premiere and the 60th Anniversary of Chorus Austin. The Opening Night performance will be followed by a festive celebration to commemorate the monumental achievements of Austin’s collaborative arts community.
Members of our Chamber Ensemble join the Austin Opera chorus to perform this beloved masterwork!
